LEADING international business consultant Paul Smith, popular in business circles as PR Smith, arrives in Zimbabwe today at 5pm for a one-day business empowerment workshop set to be held tomorrow at the upmarket Harare International Conference Centre.

He is also a guest speaker at the SMEs international expo set to be held on October 20 at the same venue.
