Huge welcome for US-based Rev Chivaviro, as two Ebenezers clash share stage with Sipho Makhabane, Baba Manyeruke and Amos Mahendere

CELEBRATED gospel musician, Reverend Togarepi Chivaviro, who is now based in the US, is set to receive a rousing welcome today at the Robert Gabriel Mugabe Airport as he returns home after a three-year absence.

The multiple award-winning singer of the Ebenezer song fame, told Zim Community News today that he will be performing at the All About Gospel Concert to be held on November 19 at Zaoga Braeside Christian Centre in Harare.

The concert is being promoted by UK-based Timothy Ngwenya’s Ebenezer Promotions.

South African gospel music legend Sipho Makhabane, Baba Mechanic Manyeruke, Father Amos Mahendere are the other big artistes to grace the big stage at the concert.

“This visit is mainly for church work and seeing friends and relatives I last saw years ago.

“However, I’m guest performing at a Show in Harare that is being promoted by Timothy Ngwenya,” Chivaviro said.

Upcoming gospel musicians, Blessing Deve, Barbs Angel, Rose Mzvondiwa, Tapiwa Tamirepi, Yeukai WaShe, Collen Chimuka, Ziggie the Crusader have also been given an opportunity to showcase their talents.
