AWARD-WINNING gospel artiste Letty Chawira will headline Pastor Thulani Ndhlovu’s New Hope album launch that will also be graced by some of the best upcoming local gospel musicians who are now based in South Africa.

The 10-track album recorded, mixed and mastered and produced by Ndhlovu in Johannesburg will be launched on Saturday in Midrand.

Ndhlovu said his third album includes collaborations with Prince Mafukidze, Gorden Taurai Nzira and renowned saxophonist who is popular from ladies in jazz, Lesego Nkonyane.

“It is a message of a new hope as the title suggests, something one needs after a storm.

“The album aims to encourage and bring to life the dreams and visions of those that have given up. There’s truly a rainbow after the storm, the Hope that troubles will soon come to an end and God will come through. In fact He already has.”

Other artistes set to perform are Gorden Taurai Nzira, Lombard Matshing, Mercy Robert, Prince Tinashe, Hope Kondo, Patience Saurombe, King Bless, Ellen Mtonga, Ezekiel Meka and Blessing Razunguzwa.

Ndhlovu begun his music career in 1999 as a keyboardist at AFM In Chitungwiza and eight years later he launched his first music studio Audio Lab.

He relocated to SA in 2009 and worked for Neyi Zimu as an assistant music producer.
