DISGRUNTLED Zanu PF youths in Masvingo have called for the dissolution of the party’s entire District Coordinating Committee (DCC), following allegations of massive rigging of the recent primary elections which targeted popular candidates.

The youths said that Sunday’s primary elections were another Bhora Musango aimed at derailing Zanu PF and President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s prospects of winninng in the general elections.

This follows the leaking of information that corrupt provincial Zanu PF leaders and FAZ remove Masvingo Urban candidate James Pande’s name from the cell register anticipating that he will be disqualified to stand in the primaries.

“The original cell registers were tampered with during the verification process before being sent to Harare, in order to prove this the party should call for the original white registers and compare the two,” said a youth in Rujeko.

Thousands of Zanu PF members were denied the right to cast their votes as their names were missing from the new cell registers.

“Our party is now captured by greedy and corrupt leaders who are now only interested in money and there is now a clear and present danger that we will lose in the general elections.

“Going to the extent of manipulating cell registers in favour of the most unpopular candidates is unacceptable.
